this is probably old at this point; but a tip for the future and to anyone else that sees this!
You had a bit of trouble positioning yourself when you were both doing missionary. You eventually got her adjusted and had her feet all the way up; a good position, but clearly not one you want to keep the entire time.
What you want to do is simple put a pillow beneath her lower back when she is laying down. IDK what it is; but this slight incline in that area of the body makes it MUCH more comfortable for both parties to enjoy that position and all it is worth.
